Sales Manager will map out the entire Organisation Hierachy from Sales Head to the level of Territory/ Area Sales Manager. He will report to another facilitating any depth of hierarchy and varying depth of hierarchy in different or any parts of the Organisation. Sales Manager will also be into the monitoring role along with the ability to log his store level feedback.

Territory Sales Manager is a front line Manager who is a reporting manager for front line Sales Persons. Territory Sales Manager represents a Territory. He is also responsible for mapping out territories in various routes that can be visited by his Sales Persons and also creates schedules for visits.
Sales Representative is a front line Sales Person. He is responsible for carrying out the ground level activities such as visiting distributors for stock taking or any other activity. Visiting Retailers ( all channels ) for stock taking, order taking, reporting various feedback including visual mechanizing. He can also participate in assisted Sales Visits along with the Companies other sales Representative or Distributors Sales Representative.
